Just download the app and login with your mobile number and OTP. Once you login you need to setup your details, load your wallet and start charging. 

Can I book a charging slot in advance at Jio-bp EV charging stations?

Yes, you can book your EV charging slot in advance via the Jio-bp pulse app, ensuring convenience and reduced wait time at EV fast charging stations.

Is an internet connection required to start an EV charging session?

Yes, internet connectivity is mandatory to initiate a charging session using the Jio-bp pulse app.

Is the EV charging tariff at Jio-bp pulse inclusive of GST?

No. The charging unit tariff is exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added during billing.

How do I receive my invoice after an EV charging session?

Once your charging session ends, the invoice is instantly available on your Jio-bp pulse app under ‘History’ and is also sent to your registered email ID.

Can I pay with cash at Jio-bp electric vehicle charging stations?

No, Jio-bp pulse stations accept only digital payments via UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet through the app. Cash payments are not accepted

Is there a minimum wallet balance required to use the Jio-bp pulse EV charging unit?

Yes, a minimum balance of ₹50 is needed to start a session. If the wallet runs out of balance, the charging will automatically stop. You’ll be alerted at ₹500 as a low balance warning.

How do I know if an EV charger is compatible with my vehicle?

In the app, go to ‘Profile > My Vehicle’, add your vehicle number, make, and model. This will help you filter EV chargers compatible with your vehicle across nearby stations.

How can I update my phone number or email ID on the Jio-bp pulse app?

To update your email ID, go to Profile > Edit. To change your mobile number, you’ll need to re-register in the app with the new number.

How can I add money to the Jio-bp pulse app wallet for EV charging?

Click on the hamburger menu (☰) > My Account > Top-Up. Enter the desired amount and pay using UPI, debit/credit card, wallet, or net banking.

What do the different colors on the EV station map mean?

  • Green: At least one connector is available
  • Orange: All connectors are occupied
  • Grey: Charging station temporarily unavailable
